Chris Sr., Chris Jr., and Derek are part of a family-owned and family-run business, and it really shows in the pride they take in their work. They refit all the shutoff valves and supply line connections for my sinks and toilets, replacing the old plastic components that are prone to failure with high-quality brass fittings. They also installed my Whirlpool water softener that I purchased from Lowe’s. The install was clean and professional, and they took the time to walk me through how to use and maintain it, which I really appreciated. On top of that, they flushed my tankless water heater and made sure everything was running properly. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship really stood out. Everything was installed neatly, and they thoroughly tested all the work before wrapping up to make sure there were no issues. The pricing was very competitive for the level of skill, time, and quality they delivered. I feel much more confident in my plumbing now and would absolutely trust them again for future work.
